I bought the "Get your first pull up" programme. Put it this way when i started it i could barely hold my own bodyweight off a pull-u bar let alone do a pull-up. By week 7 of the plan i could do 3 full pull ups.

If anyone is lost on where to start i 1000% suggest Royal Marines Training Fitness plans. I got the PJFT programme at the start of it i could barely do 2 full rounds of the PJFt+ with dodgy form. This week i completed 4 rounds and a strength session afterwards. It's worth every penny.

I bought the "Get Your First Pull up" programme from Royal Marines Training. At the beginning I could only just manage 3 pull ups, but by the end of the 10 weeks I could bash out 10. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to improve, it helped me out a lot.

The CPC plans laid out in the program have great explanation as to why you are doing each workout. Before this I would simply do a run with press ups and sit ups. This plan gives me dynamic workouts that have never made my heart beat harder. if you wanna feel like you are properly preparing for the marines this is definitely the plan.
