Training for the Royal Marines Candidate Preparation Course (CPC).
Our 8 week plan will guide you through everything you need to be doing before CPC to prepare and turn up ready to go. The plan focuses on bodyweight strength and endurance work so you can improve and smash the gym tests (bleep tests). You will hit Bottom Field simulation workouts which are long workouts and will test you mentally and physically just don't QUIT. Also focus on the Endurance course which a lot of people struggle on and fail on, this will be long runs with sprints and workouts built into the runs to prepare you for want will come.
