This 8 week training plan will have you passing it first time. It will start from the bottom and build you up so week 8 you pass the test and week 9 you take on the test for real in front of a PT in a local gym. We have also included out Pull up programme in here so you get two birds with one stone.
This is an add-on plan so you can still do running around this programme, you will train 3x a week on this plan and the other days you can run, swim or cycle.
